Robert Prescott is a retired ship and yacht broker living in Sausalito, California.
Robert is a blue water sailor who spent much of his life sailing and
exploring the Pacific west coast of America and Canada. He grew up in Washington State, lived
in British Columbia for a spell, and presently lives in Sausalito, California.
Charities are important to
Robert and his wife Teresa. For example, Robert was a President of the Sausalito Rotary Club, and in the spirit of giving back
to the community he worked to bring the annual Pacific Sail Expo trade show from Oakland to Sausalito.
Robert has an exemplary reputation in the yachting community, so we
are very proud to have him as a Governor and look forward to many "watches"
at sea with him when the R/V Tungaru Expedition finally gets
underway. Welcome aboard Robert!
