The Atoll Institute also maintains HF radio communication operations on the amateur bands (20/15/10 meters), and is establishing a commercial marine band base station; both for communications to the remote atolls of the equatorial Pacific Ocean.  Its vertical antenna (above left) is visible at the left corner of the photograph of the building to the left.
